I get bored with the same foods at the same times so switching them up can be fun. Soup & sandwich for breakfast, veggie-cheese frittata for lunch, whole-grain, lowfat pancakes with fruit for dinner. My family loves breakfast for dinner while heartier meals at breakfast keeps my hunger at bay.

A great tip I learned from a nutritionist is to 'volumize' with leafy greens (spinach is my favorite). When greens are added to a meal - either as the main course or as a starter they help to satisfy you better and allow your hunger to subside more quickly and if volumizing with, for instance, spinach, the nutrition benefits are high!
