I found that if I expect perfection in exercise, nutrition, how much water I consume, or whatever my goal is I tend to blow the whole day if I slip up or make a wrong food choice. Expect that some days will be better than others and keep moving forward!

If you do, you are setting yourself up for failure, for no one is perfect, and you are going to make mistakes and eat something you shouldn't or go that day without exercising. Just remember we are all human and we make mistakes, but it is what we do with those mistakes that determines if we succeed
