See exercise as a way of celebrating life. Treat it like it's something you enjoy. Change your attitude about exercise. See it as a way to get away and have a moment to yourself. Make a promise to yourself to exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes per day, even if it's just an afternoon strole. :
Part of the focus of SP is integrating SP into the rest of your life. Today, I graduated with my AA in Paralegal Studies and I reveled in every moment of the day! It was fabulous! The enjoyment was enriched by my SP work that helped me get to this poin!
