When starting a new exercise start out with a few of the new ones and incerase over the next few weeks till you get to a place you can add more and not over tax the body

By doing so you are not causing more strain at fiorst on your body. thus it is easier for you as you build on what you are learning. Much like taking baby steps first and then as you get accustomed you can move up to where you want to be and do so safely and injury free .
