i eat a variety of healthy,tasty foods.i enjoy foods such as mangoes, bananas, chickpeas, other fresh fruits and vegetables. i do eat some meat. this helps me to stay on track and to keep the weight i lost off.

ever since i started at sparkpeople, i made the decision to enjoy more fruits and vegetables. i now enjoy a variety of fruits and vegetables every day. they help me to feel full while i get to enjoy a variety of tasty food! 26545289147291210
i enjoy having a fruit salad to get in the fruit i need to have to meet my fruit goal. i add vegetables to sauces and to soups i make. i have so much more energy since i started to vary and to increase the amount of fruits and vegetables i have daily.
You can make healthier choices when you treat yourself to a tasty Starbucks (or Barnes & Noble Cafe!) beverage: ask for skim milk (I believe the default is 2%, and remember that the soy milk isn't fat free). If you want a syrup - or if the drink comes with flavors-, ask if they have the sugar-free variety. Opt out of the whip cream - painful, I know, but the drinks are still tasty!
Hot chocolates (my favorites) contain some vanilla to make them a little sweeter, so if you order one, ask for the sugar free vanilla instead of the regular. That will lower the drink's caloric count.
