Walking Has Made My Journey A Success

I start my day with a good breakfast, I carry friut with me when I know I am going to be out a few hours. I stay within my calories that are given on SP. My biggest secret is Walking...I made a daily goal to walk at least 120 minutes a day. Walking daily has made my journey a success.

MORE INFORMATION:
I step out my back door and take off. I don't have to worry about what to wear, I save money on gym memberships, workout clothes, and my vehicle, ect.
I use a pedometer helps me know how many steps I've taken, and a MP3 helps with me get more steps in my mile.

    This is my secret too! Pedometer, iPod and 80-120 minute walk every day, and I don't have to pay for a gym, the only thing recommended is good shoes. I'm not doing any other kind of cardio (only some strenght exercises) only walking, and IT WORKS.
