    Why do most of us take care of others problems instead of simply taking care of ourselves.... a mom's work is never done.

    Simplifying things is really important--it isn't an easy task, but when I get it completed, I believe I'll have more time, more space, more pleasure and less stress,

    I am just realizing the same thing. My daughter & grandaughter live with me & I found myself becoming enmeshed with their issues instead of taking care of myself.
