In everyday life I try to give people positive comments. Sometimes I have to remind myself about my positives. So when that happens I give myself a pep talk and it really makes a difference. The first few times it was weird but then I realized I am important and a role model for my family ;^)

I get my motivation, from inside me, I wake each morning giving myself a pep talk and then I blog faithfully everyday, I basically give myself a pep talk and then tell everyone I can do it It sets the tone for my day! I will not fail, I may stray , but I won't fail!
Before I got to bed every night I give myself a pep talk. I congratulate myself for my days work and then I talk to myself about the work that I am going to do tomorrow. I remind myself that I am worth all of my effort and today is the day to prove it to myself.
This little pillow talk technique usually has me in the right frame of mind to get up and work out in the morning.
