If you're not a real water drinker, try adding a lemon slice or juice. In the cool weather, I heat the water first.

I do it but sometimes to break it up I do cukecumber either of them with a few drops of stevia - by DEVORA4
  • Great! I take a liter bottle, fill it most of the way with water, and add 4 oz pomegranate juice. It makes it tasty, gives me some fruit (but the juice has a fair number of carbs and calories, so this lets me have the taste without overloading) and makes it effortless to get that water down. (Goal, 10 glasses a day!) - by WALLOWA
  • Definitely love lemon slices in my water! I usually have my reverse osmosis water at home as we're on a well, but I order 'water with lemon' instead of iced tea when eating out as it's a "treat" emoticon - by SLM0305

  • The first time I had to drink 8 cups a day...I put it on ice and drank it with a straw. It took a while, but gradually I could skip the ice and the straw..and got to where I LOVED the 8 cups of water a day. - by BOOKWERME
