I find it hard to drink water but have no problem drowning in Pepsi every day. I now tell myself that I cannot have a Pepsi until I've had at least 6 glasses of water. On most days I've found that I sometimes don't even want the Pepsi at the end of teh day.
I tend to forget that I need to drink water, not that I dont want to, I just forget So I got myself a blue armband and used a permanent marker, wrote water on it and everytime I look at it, It reminds me to drink a glass of water. If you forget to drink water, this might help. 274
If you find it hard to drink water straight, try squeezing some lemon juice in it, not much, just bout a teaspoon in a glass, not only does it help the water go down better it tastes great and your burning calories in the process.
I had a really hard time drinking enough water, I could only stand to drink about 2 glasses a day. I found this stuff at the grocery store called mio, it's a water flavor enhancer. It has no calories, carbs, or fat. You just add a few drops to your water. It comes in a little squeeze bottle you can take with you. Now I am drinking 7-8 cups of water a day, and it's pleasant.
