When sitting around on the computer or in front of the tv, get out your exercise balance ball. Sitting on the ball while on the PC helps with balance. When watching the tv, sit and jump up and down for a great leg workout.

Four days ago I joined SP. At that time, I replaced the computer chair with a stability ball (Swedish ball). Now, as I spend time on the computer, I do exercises on the ball. It's fun and doesn't feel like a workout, although I already see improvements in my balance on the ball.322
Make sure that you choose a ball that is the right size for your height.
I ordered the Bean from a tv infomercial - it is like an exercise ball. For an older or heavier weight who can't get to the floor and up it works well using balance. It is wider, bean shape instead of round. Doing exercises properly is just as good as the ball.
