I work from home, so I have to be sitting at least 8 hours a day in front of the computer. I have found several short songs with a very quick beat that work well when I have a moment to hope up and walk, sidesteps, or jog in place. I turn and look out the window or door to refocus my eyes. I sit back down feeling refreshed.

Pay for distractions with pushups to get stronger!
When I'm studying I have a habit of wandering off to time wasting websites or just getting distracted from school. One of the tools I use to refocus is to do a few pushups to get my blood flowing again.
dips, bodyweight squats, lunges, etc would probably all work just as well. just move for a minute or two before settling back to the books.
