Sneak in some bonus stretching and exercise while going out about your daily tasks.
Did you visit the grocery store? Carry in an extra bag or two than you normally would in each trip to the house. Use proper lifting methods so you don't hurt yourself.
When picking up items from the floor (picking up toys, clothes, etc). Turn the movement into an easy stretch or even a squat. Don't bounce and remember your muscles aren't warmed up so go slow and easy.

I do my stretching/pilates exercises before I get out of bed.... while my body is still warm and the snooze button doesn't go off for another 5 mins... I added this to my daily devotional time..Pray. Stretch. Eat
