Stretching For Exercise

I have arthritis and am obese..I do take small walks (20-30min) a few times a week but I have learned through physical therapy that stretching daily builds the strength of the muscles, legs, and core..and the best part of it can do it at home while watching TV..and it feels so good! try it!
