Try to be happy with yourself, no matter what stage you're at in life. Don't obsess over how far you have to go in your goal. Be happy with your daily progress. Be happy with who you are and where you are. It's so much easier to stay motivated if you're happy with how things are going. 334
do all this for you and you alone. stop saying you are not worth it or do it because someone else thinks you should or makes fun of you. you matter and need to want to better yourself because thats where your heart is at, at this point in your life. you will be so much happier and lighter feeling along the journey and just happier with yourself.
