Concentrate really hard on eating slowly at least once a day to re-tune your taste buds. Be aware of the effect of tastes on various parts of your mouth. How do textures feel? Are you chewing, biting, sipping? Awareness and mindful eating has helped me to appreciate good food and to ditch the junk.

Focus on the sensations exploding in your mouth by eating mindfully. Fix a nice place for yourself at the table. Make your food look beautiful. No TV. No computers or video games. No books. Be fully present with each bite. You will feel satisfied as you feed your hunger, not your appetite.
"Mindful Eating" by Jan Chozen Bays
Losing weight and changing a life style takes more than just cutting out foods but to feel in control of them when they are around. My goal is to feel controlled around any food at any time and just to naturally want to make the best healthy choice for me. I am working on this so I don't feel victim to wanting to binge.
I think that mindful eating is key. Making food an experience of the senses, which it really should be as it satisfies taste, smell, sight and touch. You can read about Mindful eating and here is what it is all about: http://growinginwards.wordpress.com/
