I have found success by Eliminating all sugar and processed foods. Changed my bread to sproated grains and removed all gluten from my food choices. I also keep track of my calories and measure all my food
I use a digital food scale for accuracy and keep track on my iPhone app from sparkpeople. It helps me be responsible and helps me remember what I put in my mouth.
