Found either at local farmers or health food stores, raw unfiltered honey that is LOCAL is by far the best thing. I have found that different times of the year, the honey will change due to what flowers and plants are in bloom. Therefore, it helps with seasonal allergies.

Just want to add, babies under 12 months of age are cautioned to NOT eat honey due to botulisim scares..BUT my father ate it since birth and was fine and did I. Just use your best judgment. FRESH raw unfiltered honey is generally fine.
