OK, you wake up and JUST DO NOT want to exercise....but you have a stationery bike, treadmill, eliptical. GET your phone and call a friend and exercise while you talk! The time passes so quickly!!!! I posted this cuz a friend on another team told me when I put that in my status....to post
it in the secrets area!!!!!! It really works for me....Got my exercise in this morning talking to a good friend from OR!!!!! I live in MI.....it was 5:30 her time and 8:30 mine!!!!!

Give yourself a better shot at getting your exercise done
I log my exercise first thing in the morning or early afternoon while at work. The benefit - when I get home, I am more likely to work out because I have already gotten the points and seen how many calories I burn if I do.
I also know that if I don't exercise, then I don't burn those, and I lose my sparkpoints because I have to remove it!!!33
