Use one notebook to hold EVERYTHING! I was always losing random scraps that I had. I'd make a to-do list in one notebook, jot down a recipe in another, etc. Now I put everything in one. Life goals, to do lists, recipes to try, random phone numbers, pictures I like in magazines, random thoughts...
With everything in one central location, I know exactly where to find everything (Like, where did I put that name of that coffee shop I wanted to try??). You can always move items to a "final" resting place, like putting a recipe in your recipe book once you actually give it a try.
Fitness Page - Mileage Tracking: Add Personal Identifying Notes
Most days I break my walking into various minute segments. I use the "Note" area on the Optional Mileage Tracking section of the Fitness Tracker to note what or where or when I walked. Helps me remember how I reached my daily total or beyond. For example: Today I entered my Walk Slim DVD for 30 minutes, my walk to the mail box for 10 minutes, & a random walk at 3:00 p.m. for 10 minutes.
