I see the difference between my family members who make their health a priority and those who don't - the ones that do are happy, energetic, and have self-confidence; those who don't are taking medications and seeing doctors because they have developed (preventable) health problems. For Fat Burning-Just Keep Moving!!! Go for time instead of distance or intensity
No matter what type cardio I am doing-I just keep moving...even if I have to slow it down from a jog to a very slow walk. I started going for time (one hour) instead of distance or intensity. I tell myself to be the last one on the track. Often i get a second wind a can jog more later on
Once I started doing over an hour of cardio (running/walking/jogging) I started seeing a difference around my waistline.
