    in the beginning i lost that much as well, but now im glad if it will be 6 lbs in a month. I know it is so much healthier to lose only 6 -10 lbs in a month time.

    yes correct but don't overdue it and 3.6 is okay if you just started. 1-2 a week is the aim and is more healthy and it will stay off more easily. goodluck with your exercises.

    i notice a higher weight loss by adding an extra mile or two to every workout!
