Walking At Work

This Sparked Me!

I found it hard to get exercise in with work and family and all. Instead of calling someone, I walk to their desk now. I also try to take a couple of breaks during the day and walk at least 2 miles throughout the work day. Great way to break up the day and get some exercise.

    I do the same. Actually, I've picked out the smokers in the office and when they go out for a "break" I go out as well but for a walk. Ten minutes here and there adds up through the day, helps deal with office stress.
