Add Walnuts To A Meal




I always add a few toasted walnuts on top of my low fat greek yogurt &fresh fruit It fills me up longer. I have this for breakfast or my morning snack. Add a little vanilla flavor on top its great.

  • I have 2 huge bags full of walnuts and no idea what to do with them. Greek yogurt is my favorite breakfast (right now) and I never even though to include them in...I usually put honey. Thx for the tip, will give it a shot. - by MSKEESH
