Strict Diet Regimen for a Few Days w/Weight Loss Being its own Motivation
After 8 months of struggling to get back on track and stay there for more than a few days, I finally found what works for me... I put myself on a regimented diet with very low carbs for a specific time period (The 17 Day Diet). I stopped craving carbs and saw a fast weight loss on the scale. Finally losing a significant amount of weight in a few weeks has made all the difference. I am back...and here to stay!! 140
