I've been reading a lot about gratitude lately - what you focus on in your life, you attract more of. I've been trying to think about gratitude more often. An easy way to do this is to spend time specified for something (ex. the shower, your commute, while cleaning) intentionally and specifically thinking about what you're grateful for!! It changes your whole mood and makes the task itself all the better!
