Make sure you eat a complete breakfast so that you are not tempted to eat more inbetween meals. I like to have a bowl of oatmeal, nuts and fruit- that does the trick for me.

    Do you know, when I eat raw oats, dried fruit and nuts, with a glass of orange juice and a cup of tea for breakfast, I feel satisfied until lunch. Toast or other cereal just doesn't do it for me though. Hang in there....we all have days where we just feel like packing it all in and and think 'what the hell', but we can all support each other!! Good luck.

    Yep!, I totally agree, just started back this morning making sure I had a filling & good for me breakfast emoticon
