My secret is that when I watch TV, I march in place or side to side. Sometimes knees up, legs up and even kickbacks. During every commercial, I either do a set of push ups or crunches.

I love my TV programs - I have specific ones I always watch. Now I can only watch them if I am on the move. Something as simple as marching on the spot or better yet ride the cross trainer while watching keeps your activity level regular.
I found myself gaining weight while eating and surfing the web or watching TV.
