Don't eat things you don't like just to be nice. Eat good, fresh food in smaller portions.

As a child, I was a very picky an adult I ate things I didn't like just to please others. As an older adult I'm back to being a picky eater.

    Seems so obvious but so true! If I had followed this premise, I would probably be at least 20 lbs. lighter today. Good thing to remember.
