Use the weekend to prepare for the whole week. Get clothes ready and in order Mon-Fri and plan meals and work out time for the week. Oh yea, plan bedtime too! Bed on time and everything ready for the morning keeps the whole family on track and one is less likely to skip exercise or choose a wrong food if adequately prepared.
We talk about doing it, want to do it, dream about it- so why don't we? Plan it out, commit to it and do it. Keep it simple and short. No lying to yourself with excuses and dates. Do not let yourself go adrift with figuring it out as you go.
Plan your meals out. On the weekend prepare your lunches for the week at work. Have a backup meal ready in case you have a hiccup. If I am at work and forgot my meal then I go to Subway, hey it works! Cannot plan for everything so being flexible is helpful as well. Life is change.
