4 breakfast my husband and I LOVE to have 2 whole grain (eggo) waffles with tsp. of almond butter and tsp of honey and a 1/2 sliced banana.. YUMMMM!!! it's under 350 cals!!! and makes you full until snack.. Also can be used for a sweet treat!!! I'm telling you, it will be your NEW love!!
If you don't like breakfast food, don't eat. There's nothing written in stone that says you *have to have* eggs or cereal in the morning. If you like tuna fish sandwiches, have one for breakfast! I often eat chicken sandwiches in the morning. And the food police haven't arrested me yet!!! lol
A sandwich is usually some stuff stuck in the middle of two pieces of bread right? well not for me. I take each slice separately and top it with whatever stuff I chose. This trick "fills the plate", slows me down and prevent overeating. You can eat a sandwich in 4 or 5 bites but this split require you to take much more time and procides you with a fullfiling sensation. Give it a try!211
