Purpose is to share goals with people in your inner-circle & solicit written feedback from people who care about you. Primarily from family members & long-time friends, people who would be directly affected by my current or possible future health concerns due to weight would participate.
Hearing your children, siblings, & lifelong friends telling your their observations on how you derail your life is powerful. Focus on the positive life you'd miss without health & what others miss without you. NO abandonment -- only support & accountability. Ask for support & take responsibility.

Three things to consider when you find yourself slipping back. 1) Review the reasons you set your goals.. 2) Ask yourself, "Am I spending plenty of time with people who support my goals?" 3) Ask yourself, "Am I willing to love myself enough to achieve my goals 'this moment'?"
There is, after all, only 'this moment;, so don't worry about the rest of the moments!
Keep a positive attitude, have positive self-talk (support yourself like you would others), and make your goals positive (not "Don't do this" or "Stop that).

Write down those special moments when you accomplishment milestones, goals, and other achievements. When you are feeling down look back at all the hard work you have done and BE PROUD!
