Stretch Meat With Lentils.




To cut back on our meat intake, I add cooked lentils to dishes that I use ground beef or ground turkey in.

More Information:

I started with one cup per pound of meat and now use a mix of half and half. It cuts down on cholesterol and the "bad" fats.
