I walk my son to school and back in the afternoon and that's a total of 2 miles. This is any easy one for me to do as having with me motivates me to keep going to be a healthy mom for him and his little brother.

I have tried so hard to loss weight and have failed miserably. Walking is the key to losing weight so I am going to start walking everyday even if it does hurt but I want this so badly. So lets all walk for a healthier life style and we will be successful.
I am going to try and walk 2 miles a day then increase it to 3 miles each week.
