Wall Push Ups In The Bathroom Count!

This might sound weird, but it works! If you work in an office setting that has individual bathrooms, sneak in a few extra exercise minutes throughout the day. Every time I visit the powder room, I sneak in 30 wall pushups. Since I've increased my water intake, this often means 90-120 pushups/day!

    I love doing this as well.. I do squats and lunges also! But wall pushups are my fave!

    I love this idea,I speed walk around the parking lot on my breaks and was wanting to add weights but i didn't want everyone at my work to think that i was crazy. but in the bathroom stall no one will know and i wont need to store weights in my desk.Thank you for the brilliant idea.
