Make A Veggie, Fruit, And Protein Drink To Get All Nutrients Easily Without Eating Three Squares A Day.
To stay healthy, I mix in a blender two fruits, two veggies, or even five sometimes, pinto beans (protein), one egg (protein), a sugar substitute, and greens. This makes about 2 cups.
