I don't like to exercise and treadmill workouts are the very worst. Recently, I decided I wanted to watch the top 100 movies ever made according to American Film Institute. I got a netflix membership and several movies were sent to me. Now, my time on the treadmill is an investment in my future

I'm right out of school and unemployed so I have lots of time on my hands. Instead of watching TV I play video or computer games. It keeps my hands and mind busy so I'm not tempted to eat or think about food. If I'm especially motivated I'll bust out the Wii Fit.
