Scrambling Egg Whites

Mix 1tsp.of Corn Starch(Corn Flour) in 1tbsp.of Milk to make a smooth paste.Blend this well with the Egg Whites from 3 Jumbo Eggs.Season to liking and scramble.The addition of the Milk+Corn starch will make the Eggs soft and there will be no watery discharge from the Scrambled Eggs.

People like me who are forced to eat only Egg Whites need to vary the ways of cooking these.This way I get a firmer but softer and fluffier Scrambled Eggs.

    You can try it---in India we don't get substitutes so I've no idea---sorry!!!
