If you cook wearing your work out clothes; you'll be less likely to keep on tasting; therefore saving calories. Sounds silly and it may just be. But it works. lol Plus it also may remind you to squeeze your booty muscles!

Making all my chores around the house an exercise.
Whatever work I do daily around my house I make it an exercise. I even stopped using remote control to change TV channels. I get up and walk after every 10 minutes to do some thing. I do housework in between my workouts. I love this healthy way of living.
I do kitchen workouts by keeping all my jar in the top selves so i have to do stretching, Keep the vessels down, hence do squats, pushups on counter while waiting for kettle to boil. Picking up thing/toys/cloths can also be done as exercise.
