Carry a protein bar to stave off hunger. Or if you can, a protein drink.

I always have water and a protein bar in my bag. I just got protein powder packets to carry too. This helps me noteat fast food if I'm out running errands or doing things. It tides me over until I get home where I can eat a healthy meal.

    always take a baggie of nuts or and orange with me when I go somewhere. I also take my no sugar whole grain bread to friends so I can make my lunch on healthy bread. emoticon emoticon
