Carry a protein bar to stave off hunger. Or if you can, a protein drink.
I always have water and a protein bar in my bag. I just got protein powder packets to carry too. This helps me noteat fast food if I'm out running errands or doing things. It tides me over until I get home where I can eat a healthy meal.

while we are here to take care of ourselves and learn healthy eating habits, sometimes we have to take care of those we love, as women most surely. i use ground turkey when making burgers or other dishes, and use black beans when i can, anything to make my husband healtheir, hes none the wiser
