I was told many years ago by my doctor to drink a glass of water first thing in the morning before coffee or anything else. it will rehydrate your body as you have been asleep for 8 hours. It also helps your body get moving and out of hybernation mode.

    I am doing this now. One of my 21 day goals was to drink 2 glasses of water before every meal and I am on day 8 competed.
