I made a collage of encouraging quotes and photos of places I have been active in the past - kayaking and backpacking. It also includes photos of places I want to hike, canoe, and wildlife I want to see. Currently, there are 8 quotes and 25 photos taped to my closet doors. I have added pictures to my profile to give you an idea of the layout.
I made the photos different sizes and colors. It helps to have this as a main focal point in my bedroom. If I try to procrastinate working out or eating healthy, I have this huge reminder of where I want to be.

I found when I was first losing weight and real embarrassed by what I looked like that exercise DVD's were my best friend. To say I had NO endurance would be an understatement- 5 minutes and I was done! Leslie Sansone was the encouragement I needed to get going. NOw Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels and Jackie Warner kick my but when I don't get in enough gym time or want an extra workout.

I know Sparkpoeple tells you to make a collage so I took it one step further and started a notebook to fill with my inspiration. I plan on using it when I get down and to look back on in a few years! I cut out pictures and articles from magazines and put them in a notebook like a scrapbook.
