I always listen to 80's music when working out, it's usually upbeat and high energy, then you get the random "cool down" song thrown in. Keeps me going. 80's is definitively the only decade with motivational music.

Exercise is fun when paired with your favorite songs. Pick a couple of songs for the day. One before you get dressed in the morning and one in the evening after dinner. Jump start your mood and your metabolism.

Cardio + Music + Smartphone= Time on the Treadmill Flies By
When I am walking on the treadmill I listen to music that gets me all pumped up and when I am on a low interval I check my email, facebook or search for new recipes on my Droid Eris. It makes the 30 to 60 minutes I am doing cardio fly by!
Personally I love 80's and 90's music...it always gets me pumped up!
