I almost always start my day off with some sort of oatmeal variation because I love oatmeal. I usually sweeten it with a mashed banana, add egg whites for protein, and 1tbsp of natural peanut or almond butter to keep me full longer. Sometimes I will add some hemp hearts or chia seeds for other health benefits. I always look forward to breakfast because I absolutely love what I cook!
