I keep healthy snacks on hand at all times. In my desk, in my purse and in my lunch bag. I like variety so I look for snacks 110 calories or less that are filling. Pudding snack packs, fruit cups, string cheese and nuts. And drink lots of water

Combine some plain yogurt with the flavoured kind. I hate artificial sweeteners, so I usually buy the kind that has sugar. But it is too sweet. I find that if I cut it with plain yogurt such as activia, it actually tastes much better and it is less sugary. I divide the yog into two portions.
