Every weekend, my husband and I discuss our dinner meals for the next week and check our schedules of how much time we have to prepare the meal. We always have a backup plan if our first plan doesn't work out. My husband is thrilled to be eating at home every night and I am seeing great results because we are. I have lost 11 pounds in a month. But, best of all I feel so alive and have much more energy.
A side benefit is we no longer have to face the same old question what will we eat tonight. I have to laugh McDonalds didn't see us at all last month!
