I love my sweets! This has been my biggest challenge. I started searching through Spark Recipes and found low cal, low carb sweets such as Easy No Bake Strawberry Shortcake and now have a way to curb my sweet tooth without all the calories, carbs, and fat!! With a little research there are more great recipes for sweets that fit into any diet plan!!

Staying on Track while still indulging your sweet tooth
I have problems with my sweet tooth. But it is a fact that cinnamon can help against it! So when I have a sweet tooth attack that just won't go away I take a apple and quarter it and sprinkle some cinnamon on it. Eating the apple slowly you can just feel the sweet tooth go away.
