Oats

tsp(or
more/or none) honey(real honey!)
AND WHATEVER OTHER ADDITIVES YOU CHOOSE( such as Peanut butter(ADAMS all natural, corn flakes, garlic, etc.)
Spoon
Bowl

MORE INFORMATION:
mix in your desired, NATURAL, ingredients w/ only a banana, roll into flattened balls, stick in either toaste,oven or microwave for about 5 mins. DONE, YUM, YUM, YUMM!
