This is true, i use this tip and it helps trmendously. My siblings always ask me how i stay away from sweets, and i just dont eat them! If you dont tease yourself with the slightest taste or thought, you won want more! Simple? It really is. And if someone is trying to get you to taste something you know in unhealthy and might be good and they say "well what if you like it?" THAT might just be the problem huh? So dont give in, it isnt worth it, really. But if it is to you, and its NATURAL, do it!

If you are going to do something, quit telling yourself you cant. You can do anything you want to if you choose to. There are NO impossible dreams, just our perception of what is POSSIBLE....dont accept defeat even on the bad days...dont give up on the bad days....those are the days to learn from and grow....i will not accept defeat and you shouldnt either.
be honest with yourself, take a good at yourself in the mirror and if there is something that you dont like, then try to change it little by little, cover yourself with patience because good things dont happen fast or easy 306
everyone thinks this is so easy you can eat and drink whatever you want but did you think about how hard it is for the people who cant do that and just gain weight because of stress or meds or people who say you didnt lose anything your still fat it takes time and time will be you cant do everything in one day and see results in a day sorry but it just dont happen that way
