Snack Cravings?!?



Munch on dry corn flakes or cheerios!!! W/ Peanut butter! preferably Adams. But what you do is set aside 1-2 tbls. of P.B. w/ a fork. Dip your fork to where there is only a light coating of P.B. on it and then dip it in your dry cereal! Fun, satisfying, crunchy, sweet, DELICIOUS!!!!! And most importantly, NATURAL!!

More Information:

ONLY 100 cal. in ONE whole cup!!! that is a lot of corn flakes or cheerios, even eat them one flake at a time, makes them last longer!
