Munch on pickles, helathy, crunchy, satisfying!!!

Pickles, i know, are pretty high in sodium, but low in calories, basically none. You will most likely get sick of them before they affect you negatively though, but if you are sure they wont, control yourself. If you get sick of them, and tell yourself, "I am only going to eat these," your good! :)

    love dill or hamburger pickles but they are high in sodium and I have to watch that with high blood pressure. sounds good though.
