Pickles, i know, are pretty high in sodium, but low in calories, basically none. You will most likely get sick of them before they affect you negatively though, but if you are sure they wont, control yourself. If you get sick of them, and tell yourself, "I am only going to eat these," your good! :)

I get bored a lot and find myself wanting to snack. I have found that if I snack 3 times a day and each snack I have one of my favorite 100 calorie snack packs it satisfies my snack craving, my sweet's or salty craving and it keeps me in line with my calorie counting so I don't go over my daily calories.
When your start having the urge for snack between your meals, just drink a couple of glasses of water, you'll feel so full instantly that even if you do go for a snack, you'll want to puke and you'll forget all about the snack craving
