Break It Up To Make It




I break up my one hour a day goal of walking into smaller chunks of twenty minutes at a time. That way I'm more apt to make it to 60 minutes then if I try to make 60 minutes fit into my day.

  • Nice way to keep up the good habit. Still it will be better if the total wlk is not divided more than twice, if it can be brisk still the better. - by FITNESSFREAK10
